The piano, ceiling fans, draperies, curtains, chairs, tables, pulpit, and air conditioning units are included in the sale. A short walk to the Metro Subway Station and the Metro Bus Line. Also, included is a fenced-in parking lot at the rear of the Church. The additional musical instruments are not included in the sale.
